LongHorn Steakhouse

Wait was a bit long. The service was very good by all server bus people and visit by manager. The steak was spot on as well as the bake potato. The military discount was appreciated. Thanks to Chris our server.

We visited LongHorn Steakhouse in Amarillo,Tx and it was wonderful. So we was happy to see it here in Orlando while on vacation and it was wonderful again. They made my steak just the way I asked for it and the new buttermilk shrimp was delicious. I can’t wait till the one near my home in Fort Worth,Tx opens soon I will be the first in line lol

This location is great! There is usually little to no wait to be seated. And once your order is placed they don’t take too long getting the food out to you. Plus the steaks (and the sides) are really good!

The food is very good. It's clean and the staff is very friendly. I've enjoyed the free times that I've been to Longhorn.

Our server was great! The food was fast, delicious and the drinks were good as well. I haven't seen hospitality like this in a long time :)

Lovely atmosphere and must for those who love Steak. Our waiter Ryan was very attentive and nothing was to much trouble! I got stuck into the 22oz Longhorn Steak cooked medium rare my partner indulged in Rib Eye Steak, both tender juicy cuts of meat, absolutely delicious, for dessert I had the Red, White and Blue Cheesecake, nice and light but once again delicious. Without a shadow of a doubt worth a visit.

The food was AMAZING but service wasn't sooooooo good. My family and I waited for over 20 minutes to get our dinner and worse of all the waiter that night had ZERO customer service. I'm not sure if it was because she had too much to deal with on having multiple tables or maybe that was her attitude in general, very cold. I would of rated it a 5 star if it wasn't for this experience not sure if we would give them another shot. The food was AMAZING so it could be possible!!!!!

Food was good as to be expected. I wish the kids menu had more options and the liquor selection was slim. Great service though and the place was nice and clean.

Fantastic steaks seasoned flavorfully but can be done light if you ask. Broccoli was delicious in the lemon butter well cooked, stuffed mushrooms are delicious for mushroom lovers. It is a steak house and you can get up to 22 ounce cuts, so the cost can be expensive but for three drinks and an appetizer came about $100.

The steaks here are always top class. And the salads too are excellent. It's our favorite steakhouse

Delicious food. Our last evening meal in Orlando to round off a lovely holiday. Steak was beautiful as was the creamed spinach. Not too expensive either. Relaxed atmosphere with lovely servers. We visited here twice whilst on our holidays.

We had a pleasant server. The food was good and exactly as we ordered. There was a slight wait for the food but that is too be expected at a start house.

Disappointing. We prefer Longhorn. At this one , wow. Service lacked, server walked around trying to look busy as others picked up the slack. Food was just ok. Seriously disappointing. Tourist Town or not, Service is expected. TipsT=To I=InsureP=ProperS=ServiceJust Disappointing. Mushrooms we're So small, the spoon was bigger than all of them. If that's the case, put more on the plate. Especially for the price.

Nice waitress. Food was a little slow coming out but it is a Sat night. They made a mistake with my sisters order but they fixed it immediately. My others sisters steak was not cooked right but she didn't say anything. Kind of frustrating when that's what they specialize in. Overall pleasant experience.

I placed an online order here and for the most part, it was accurate. Honestly, the only thing missing was my ketchup for my fries. The order was done and ready for pick up at the exact time they told me it would be. The food itself was good. The associate was friendly and helpful!

Standard chain food, not a bad thing, reasonable prices. Worth consideration if you fancy steak

Went and had a great steak dinner with the family. The post COVID seating wasn't an issue every other table was closed but the limited menu still had the classics and service was great

We went on our last day of a 7 day Florida trip. We were set right away on a very busy Friday night. Service was busy but excellent. Food came out at a good cadence and was cooked well.All around, it's a chain but done extremely well.

The food was good and the staff were wonderful. Stopped on the way home from the East coast of Florida on Rt4 and we were all hungry this hit the spot food was just right

Fried pickles for starters were awesome and not at all greasy. Mains were beautiful including that awesome strawberry and pecan salad! Best meal I have had while Ive been in Orlando. Also service that made me feel valued! Top class 😁

We love to go there for the steak because is cook to perfection. Flavor is great. Also the BlackBerry ice tea is the best ever!

This place is awesome and the manager is super nice. Steaks are always cooked to perfection. Other steakhouses in the area dont compare.

Rib eye steak out of this world. Fantastic place. Portions amazing and our waiter (shaun/sean) was lovely and helpful. Kids want to go back tomorrow!! Will be back before our trip is over

I dunno if this is the tourist talking in me, but I loved this place during my visit to Orlando. I visited a few times and the food was among the best we found. I also discovered A1 and Heinz 57 sauce. Why has America been keeping this delicious nectar a secret from the rest of us all these years? Anyway, if you visit Orlando, I highly recommend dropping in here to try it out.

**Urgent**--- Longhorn steakhouse is not what it says it is! This restaurant will catfish you. It is the equivalent of a Chuckie cheese with meat. THIS IS NOT A ROMANTIC/GROWNUP ESTABLISHMENT. If you want good alcohol, steak, and service...go elsewhere. We were so excited, we called, checked the menu! We were sold. Only to have our expectations destroyed. THERE WERE CHILDREN IN THE BAR AREA. Kids running all over the place, so loud I couldn't hear myself think. THIS PLACE WAS A JOKE.... if you are lucky, they will seat you right next to the restrooms.

The hamburger was great, did not care for the clam chowder at all. However sea food at a steakhouse...

Great experience, we use th is chain a lot, and while it is always good, it's not often great. Tonight was great. Every course cooked perfectly, great service.

We celebrated our 50 yrs Anniversary. And Cousin with Down syndrome Special team Bowling award from Chicago. Thank you for great service and the Meal was a 10+. Our waiter made us feel like we were Royalty. Love this place.

Most amazing meal during our trip. Everyone enjoyed their steaks. Lots of non-steak options, the burger was to die for. Would 100% recommend. Service was amazing as well.

Prime rib was good, but BBQ baby back ribs just seem mediocre. There was no smoky flavor, and the sauce seems to have been bottled sauce, not house made.

Longhorn steakhouse was pretty good. The place is beautiful inside and the staff was very nice. We went around 9 on a Friday night after Disney and got in with a 15 to 20 minute. They were busy, so we had slow service, but we weren't in a hurry at all. The food was great and besides the wait, we were happy.

Salmon was amazing. Salad was fresh and delightful. Server was very engaging and accommodating. Would definitely come back.

Great food in a pleasant environment. This location is close to the parks without being a victim of the higher prices some of the local restaurants have adopted. Great options and friendly service. Good portion sizes and tasty food. Pretty standard chain, which with all the options in the area, may be farther down your list

Very good steaks. Excellent cost benefit! One of the few places where you can find prime rib! Also they have excellent desserts! Save room for them!!!

Excellent in every way. We used many food outlets and this by far was the best. Staff very polite and friendly had good since of humour. Would recommend to our seen if i could!!

It has taken me months to write this review because I like Longhorn and I am usually satisfied.I visited this restaurant and my cut of prime rib was horrible. It was almost completely white lines of inedible grizzle. There was barely any meat that could be ripped off of the grizzle—throughout the entire steak.But that wasn’t the problem.I understand that sometimes things happen and a cut of prime rib might not be as perfect as another.I didn’t want to send it back as it took so long to be served in the first place—and I do feel nervous about sending food back—sorry but I do.So when I told the waiter about my grizzle steak, the (very tall) manager scolded me for not telling them immediately and waiting until the end of the meal. When I say scolded—-I mean he literally reprimanded me. (The customer) I was so angry to be reprimanded. I have not been back.

Just left there and my food was delicious. The first steak that came out was Well done, but I had ordered a Medium rare. They got me a new steak in a few minutes and the second New York strip was amazing ♡♡♡. Lock was our server tonight and he is amazing and funny. Very sweet guy and super nice. Keep it up Lock! You are super great with customer service and you made mine, my mom, bf and brother night. My brother was super excited for his meal. Thank you! Happy New Year and we will see you again next year.

Fully loaded baked potato, steakhouse Mac and cheese and a delightful fillet steak. Just awesome. We had walked along from our hotel, so even managed a couple of libations too! They pour a nice drink. Kids menu is good as is the main menu, lots to choose from, just wish we could eat more. Service was great and nice theming of the place too, very comfy.

The restaurant was very busy which signaled good food. We were not disappointed. Choose the renegade steak with baked potatoe. It was delivered undercooked but they immediately made it right. The baked potatos are cooked in an oven and not a microwave. You can definitely tell the difference. Longhorn is consistently good and this location is no exception.

Unfortunately today was the worse experience in this place , as i sat on the bar the bartender name Jordan R make me want to leave this place , horrible bad attitude towards me and others. Never offer refills, never clean up the bar counter , roll her eyes when i ask for water ... Totally carried the name of the company to the floor .Valerie Foster never check on us .I attached a pic of the worse bartender here

This was my first time at LongHorn restaurant and there wasn’t much of a wait for our table. Once we were seated we were greeted by our waiter who was very very funny! He took our order and he accommodating to my dairy allergy and my friends food allergies as well. This is why our photos of food do not contain cheese or butter in it. The salads were delicious and the ribs were sweet and tender. The sweet potato was almost mashed (I liked it a lot!). I couldn’t finish my portion so I gave it off to someone to complete. My only complaint was someone on my table ordered wine and I would have preferred they pour the wine in front of us as I tried it and it didn’t taste like the wine ordered. Seemed like a cheaper wine and I know my wines. Overall, great service, good food, sketchy wine.

The food is great, the service not so much. The wait wasn't long to get a table because they weren't busy. But it took over 5 minutes for the server to come take our drink order and another 10 minutes before she came back with them and take our food order. Also, one of the orders was wrong. The food itself was great. All the steaks were cooked perfectly.
